 DINAMIC SIMPLE
•IDEAS
 - Using simple queue to limit any traffic from specific target IP
 - Only make simple queues rule for any active IP on the network ( taken from ARP table )
•Objective Overview
   "Creating simple queue rule for each ARP entry exists on specific interface : "
  - Run as a background services
  - Updates its condition per time-range specified
  - Changes based on ARP entries exists on router's ARP

     Will be done using /system script and /system scheduler.

•How to use
  - Create your mangle
    CostumizeCostumized based on your specific need/ network configuration.
 •How it works 
- The script will make parent queue, and a range of catch-all-run for our w orkaround with all parameter which we've already set.
-Takes all IP addresses and MAc addres with specified filter form  IP ARP table.
-Remove all dynamic rules creted.
-Delay for specified time and re-run the steps from number 2.
-The schedular at /system scheduler check.
